RWP Ventures Intelligence
A defensive intelligence publication for practitioners, operators, and executives. Original analysis. Cited sources. No filler.
Why it exists
Most cyber reporting either floods the reader or sells a product. This publication selects the developments that change defender priorities and writes them as assessments a CISO or OT lead can use.
How stories are selected
Daily Top is one primary story — the development with the greatest operational or strategic relevance in the window, scored for evidence quality as well as impact.
Weekly IT synthesizes enterprise cybersecurity: identity, cloud, vulnerabilities, ransomware, infrastructure, adversary activity.
Weekly OT is reserved for industrial control, operational technology, cyber-physical systems, and critical infrastructure. An IT incident at an industrial company is not treated as OT compromise without an operational nexus.
Source standards
Primary sources are preferred: vendor PSIRTs, CISA/KEV, NVD, national CERTs, first-party threat research. Secondary reporting is used to discover issues and must be corroborated when a material claim is at stake.
Assessment language
CONFIRMED REPORTED ASSESSED UNKNOWN
Confidence, when used: high, moderate, or low. Source reporting is evidence. RWP Assessment is interpretation.
